Job Description

To support the growth of our activity and to reinforce our Sales Service Center (SSC), the Regus Group is currently looking for Regional Account Managers (m/f) – multiple foreign languages.

Working in a diverse, international and fast-paced call center environment, the Regional Account Manager will be in charge of selling Regus'' full range of products and office solutions (e.g. offices, conference rooms, communication services, video-conferences, Business world...) together with our external Area Sales Managers (ASM) in a defined territory. You will be responsible for handling inbound telephone calls and emails from prospects enquiring a business solution and will assist them in identifying their office needs, recommending the right products and services and booking them into tours for relevant locations in order to converse the inbound enquiries into product sales.

Job Requirements

To be considered suitable for this role, you will have/be:
- At least 1-2 years prior inbound / outbound sales or call center experience.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills and commercial awareness.
- Strongly customer service focused.
- Ready to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Good working knowledge of English and fluent (both oral and written) in one or more of the following languages: Arabic - Dutch – Spanish – Italian – Portuguese – French – German – Danish – Swedish – Norwegian – Polish – Czech.
