Job Description

The organisation is the leader in real-time enterprise risk monitoring solutions, automating financial crime prevention and detection for financial institutions and telecom businesses worldwide. The headquartered is in the region of The Hague, with offices in the UK, France, USA, Malaysia and distributors and strategic partners across the whole world. Due to strong growth they are seeking a Software Engineer.

Role:
Implement high quality software which is reliable, efficient and thoroughly documented according to technical specifications within a given product planning.


Responsibilities:

•Apply software engineering principles, processes, theories and concepts
•Give constructive feedback to team members and management
•Implement, maintain and test software
•Create (parts of) the technical design with particular reference to the functional planning
•Share technical ideas with other team members
•Define a breakdown of your work to facilitate planning
•Implement technical tests to assist in testing your software
•Master sources
•Write/Maintain documentation
•Participate in cross team technical discussions
•All other tasks given by the manager

Job Requirements

What they require from you:

•Master of Bachelor level
Proven experience with databases and Microsoft development environments

.Net or C# knowledge (or knowledge of equivalent languages like C++)

•Affinity with the financial industry is definitely desirable
•Apart from being pragmatic you will possess strong analytical skills
•You must be fluent in Dutch & English
